The hotel offers 111 spacious guestrooms, Meeting/Events rooms, Outdoor pool Fitness centre, etc. Radisson is an international hotel company and a subsidiary of the Radisson Hotel Group. It operates the brands Radisson. It is American group of companies who have strict requirements of International safety standard like UL, FCC, CE, etc, Being Part of tourism industry and it is due to its global brand reputation,, they had prepared well-defined safety and surveillance guidelines for their properties for Low Voltage control system includes CCTV, Fire Alarm & Fighting and P.A system standards. In details, Intelligent analytical based CCTV system. Intelligent Fire Alarm system it should be capable controls of HVAC Electrical products, Firefighting equipment (Sprinkler, Pumps, display), Elevator controls, Flow switches, Smoke, Heat, Gas detection & many more. Advanced Public address and Voice alarm system includes automatically emergency announcement, Multi location zone paging station, BGM music, and other functions.

Proposed Solution

Based on above mentioned requirement of Radisson, We Cyber info, designed, Installed and commission the Smart IVA supported HD IP Camera at various locations of hotel properties including special camera for monitor elevator(lift). Avtron Camera are 2.0MP/4.0MP combination of Fixed, Motorized, PTZ cameras and Professional enterprise 30days supported NVRs with 8 Video Out for display monitor and created video wall display, apart from that System has given multi user monitoring facility,. Expandable & Intelligent fire alarm system included with FAP, Multi sensor (dual detection), smoke, Heat and Gas Detectors, MCP, Flash sounder base & dual tone supported sounder, HVAC System control units, elevator, flow switches, etc. Professional series of Public address and Voice evacuation system controller, paging station, zone controller, elegant appearance ceiling, and wall and column speakers.

Outcome

We did successfully implemented all systems as per our customer requirements and government safety standards. The key USP of this project is that all system works from the single platform and integrated with each other so any time event generates system give automatically alert to other system as well as authority of properties. Any time authority can control & playback the recorded video footage by precise line crossing and intrusion alert videos. PAVA and Fire alarm system can control by Auto/Manual. Finally Radisson team can be easily operate and manage the system. Our work was very much appreciated at Radisson as not only deliver the project before deadlines but also suggested them the best Avtron Products as per their needs.
