The Vibrant exhibition centre is one of Biggest Exhibition and Convention centre in ASIA, and it is spread over 100,000 Sq mtrs, inside having 15 Exhibition halls with state of the art technology and infrastructure, administrative block. This centre fulfils multipurpose requirements of organise Global exhibitions, conventions, meets, conference, seminars for the both national and international customer’s. Venue has elegant and spacious environment, well-equipped facilities. This is managed by iNDEXTb Industrial extension bureau a government of Gujarat organisation and Venue inauguration by PMO India.

Requirement & Proposed Solution
Exhibition center is constructed over 30 acres and as above said it has divided into 15 convention halls with large & medium sizes. Why required security, music and fire system to this venue? First and foremost; this is government commercial properties, and it is made for the exhibition purpose so during that time many visitors visit this place. In today’s world this types of centers are targeting for the terrorist activities and other illegal acitivites. so government should have to plan proper security arrangements for visitors and staff. So as per the guideline of police department and our team had made design to secure this campus. CCTV System covered campus included path ways, entry and exits points, inside halls and other amenities. Network Public announcement facility for every halls, common areas, path ways and gates. Paging facility available at any place from the campus/control room/board office/ security gates. There is one more dedicated administrative building for that given dedicated system of Fire alarm/CCTV/PA. In spite of 102,000 sq.mtrs big campus and It will be visits around 10lacs visitors this venue all this factors keeping mind we Cyber Info designed the best user-friendly video surveillance, PA music system.

We had permanently installed network based IP CCTV and Network PA Systems. IP CCTV system has with Video wall in control room equipped with 16 screen, extensive storage supported Professional Embedded NVR. Apart from that venue covered by varifocal IPC on campus entry/exit gates with per lane wise. Fixed IP cameras was installed each halls and its hall entrance/exit gates, pathways, canteen and storage areas. PTZ Cameras for the boundary wall protection. Public Address Speaker used 40Watt and Higher capacity, as this is commercial place used elegant looks Column speaker so which can covers maximum surrounding areas and speakers placed as per hall sizes. We not taken care only interiors of speakers but taken care of durability of speakers respect to that chosen metal enclosure with fixed on column. Master paging console is IP based along with Network controllers to control integrate with PA Speakers. We designed for easy operation so customer’s fully flexible announcement facility from the any place of venue.

Full filled their key requirements Central monitor and control of Video wall Monitoring and PA system and PA master console can be change or used from any location of exhibition centre. System built in such easy operation method that any semi-skilled person can operate and control the both system.
